Once you've placed a hold on a vehicle, our team will review the order to ensure the vehicle is still available. We will call you within 48 hours to confirm your order and discuss the next steps.

Your deposit holds the vehicle for 3 days, giving you time to finalise your decision or complete financing. After this period, if the contract is not signed the vehicle will be made available to other buyers.

Yes, the deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed with the purchase before 3 days or if the vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason. Please contact our team to initiate a refund.

In the rare case that the vehicle is sold on another platform, we will promptly refund your deposit and help you find a similar vehicle that suits your needs.

Once we've confirmed your deposit and order, you'll be contacted to finalise the paperwork, arrange payment, and schedule a time to pick up the vehicle.
