I have purchased 2 cars from Louise at Old Mac Toyota in Cleveland and would not go anywhere else. Louise is a car salesperson who cares about the customer and without the heavy handed sales tactics I have experienced from other car yards. We have had minor dealings from other salespeople at this same car yard that have not met our expectations. Louise takes the time to explain everything in detail and you never feel she is rushing you out the door for the next sale. It is so nice to deal with a genuine and decent person who cares and is amazing at her job.
